Egypt's Interior Ministry says the multiple-car crash on a Cairo street in front of the country's main cancer hospital that killed at least 20 people involved a car bomb.
Monday's statement by the ministry says an Islamic militant group, known as Hasm, with links with the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood group, was driving the car with the bomb late on Sunday down the Corniche, intending to carry out a militant attack elsewhere in the country when the crash set off the bomb and the explosion took place.
President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi called the explosion a "terrorist attack."...
Jim, you know that Trump is perfect in every way—if you don’t believe it, just ask him. You’re just insanely jealous because you aren’t infallible like he is. If he’s reelected, maybe you can get a job helping him draft some of his profound and incisive tweets. I know that would give you the sense of fulfillment you are so obviously lacking. Don’t hate the man just because he has super powers that are absent in your own life. If you work hard and keep your nose clean, at least you may someday rise above your current position as a rat groomer.

It's a distraction from the narrative. What did you expect? Truth from a socialist?
Nik DeCosta-Klipa wrote: However, compared to the El Paso shooter’s white nationalist manifesto, the 24-year-old’s public support for two 2020 candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination — Sanders and Warren — amounts to a few tweets.
Officials say that Betts — who was killed by police in the midst of his shooting spree, which killed nine people — demonstrated a disturbing interest in violence, as well as support for extreme ideas that sometimes aligned with leftist politics. From a now-suspended Twitter account, Betts often praised Satan, while blasting fascists, police, and Republicans. A few times, he supportively mentioned socialism and Sanders — and said in June that he’d “happily vote for” Warren.

Just another day in the life of a country dominated by Muslims. It reminds me of the "peace talks" going on right now with the Taliban. I was wondering...didn't we start this war fighting the Taliban? Now we are sitting down with their 'peaceful' representatives. It sure looks a lot like the End Result of the Vietnam War--the communists won, and now control the country. All those over 50k Americans who died there...in vain! Let's compare it to WW2--would we negotiate at peace talks with the Nazis? Remember that the Holocaust was never a Front Page item for the New York Times, and that Hitler's 2nd big mistake was to declare war on the US after Dec 7, 1941 (first big mistake was to invade Russia). Many in the US did not want to enter WW2 at all.

You still haven't commented on Elizabeth Warren's possible influence on the Dayton killer, yet try to connect Trump with terrorism. But thanks for the dance lesson. Specifics tend to frighten folks who depend on generalities.
Jim, if you spent half as much time and effort spreading the gospel as you do spreading gall and misinformation, some people just might get saved. Why don’t you do something useful for a change?
I just love Google speech. 👎 The "I" in the last sentence of my last comment should have been "they". There is a lot of material about terrorism and Mr. Trump on the Internet. A lot of it on ABC Radio News Online besides. So, I thought I'd do something just a little bit different, and mentioned something that has also made El Paso unhappy ---of course nothing like the shooting.

The risk of being killed in a terrorist attack on U.S. soil is small. The chance of being murdered in a non-terrorist homicide from 1992 through 2017 was about 1 in 17,000 a year, which is about 133 times as great as being killed by a terrorist. Islamist terrorists are the deadliest in U.S. history—and certainly since 1992. Islamism is an ideology created overseas, while much of the ideology that inspires Nationalist, Right Wing, and Left Wing terrorism is homegrown.
The number of people killed in terrorist attacks on U.S. soil is small, but some ideologies inspire more terrorism than others. Islamists have killed about 14 times as many people as Nationalist and Right Wing terrorists who, in turn, have killed about 10 times as many people as Left Wing terrorists. Keeping these numbers in perspective should help cut through the partisan spin after the Charlottesville terrorist attack.

Have you studied the subject of Elizabeth Warren's influence on that leftist killer in Dayton? He was a fan of hers. Must be it's her fault. Come out of your stupor, Jim
