Students Support Religious Freedom for Muslims, Not Christians
Several students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison admit that Muslims should not be forced by law to do business with Christians. Those same students, however, had a hard time agreeing that Christians or conservative Americans have the right to decline work that conflicts with their conscience or religion.
In a viral video published by Arizona-based nonprofit Alliance Defending Freedom (ADL), students were asked if they support Sophie Theallet’s decision not to dress Melania Trump.

Freedom For All: Why Two Artists’ Stand Should Matter to Everyone
By Sarah Kramer Posted on: | March 09, 2017 UPDATE: Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys filed their opening brief on appeal asking an Arizona appeals court to halt a Phoenix ordinance that punishes artistic freedom with jail time.
If you asked Joanna Duka two years ago what she thought her biggest challenge would be in the near future, she might have said starting a business. But she probably never imagined that in the upcoming months, she would be going before an Arizona court to ask that she receive the freedom to run that business according to her artistic and religious beliefs.
But that is exactly what she and co-owner Breanna Koski are doing.
Breanna and Joanna started Brush & Nib Studio in 2015 after meeting at a church Bible study.
well the students have been taught not to "discriminate"...
Christians need to know that the Anti Defamation League is there to bring multiculturalism.
That means that homesexuality is a choice as is Islam or Kabbalah or Transgender and Sharia and the replacing of western/CHristian demographics with millions of refugees, and all these things must be welcomed with open arms.
They are there to stop Christians from pushing Jesus Christ, because then they are mysoginists and xenophobes.
if people aren't getting the full picture yet, what's it going to take?
anyone read communist manifesto by chance?
is communism a "spiritual issue" or a "political issue"?
awareness" classes to children including visits to mosques, dressing up in Muslim clothes or the hijab, and writing it repeating the shehada or Muslim statement of faith, that actually makes the repeater a new Muslim. This is known in my country of UK as religious education, which I thought was supposed to be illegal in the US public or state schools!!
Organisations like the ACLU, FFRF, Mikey Weinstein's military atheistic organisation, and other atheistic, secular, LGBT and other organisations, will never, I repeat never, sue a Muslim, a Muslim mosque, or a city council, state or school board on a Muslim issue, because they know jolly well that the Muslims are well organised, militant and can get thousands of very angry people on the streets in a very short time.
They will always go for the Christians. A Muslim baker will never be asked to bake a cake for a "gay wedding", a Muslim florist in her hijab will never be expected to provide a floral arrangement for a "gay wedding" bouquet, and a Muslim photographer will never be asked to do the photographs for a "gay wedding".
A school board will never be sued by secular, atheistic or LGBT organisations for having segregated sports to cater for Muslim pupils, for providing a prayer room for Muslim pupils, or giving them time off during the Ramadan fast, or for providing halal meals in the canteen, incidentally which are also dished out to the non-Muslim schools as well. Muslim parents will also be able to withdraw their children from sex education and other classes they object to and the atheists and LGBT will not bat an eyelid!!
Every human life is sacred, and the lifelong union of a man and woman in marriage protects life by giving children the value of a devoted mother and father. This benefits society in ways no other relationship can. At the heart of this is religious freedom which respects our natural rights as human beings. A good and thriving culture upholds the value of life, the natural family, and religious freedom. When one of these fundamental freedoms is diminished, society declines. By defending and protecting these key areas, Alliance Defending Freedom seeks to strengthen our world and ensure your ability to freely live out your faith.
The Founding Fathers recognized that all people have inalienable rights that flow from the Creator. These rights are grounded in the unique, Judeo-Christian concept of man’s inherent dignity as a creature made in God’s image, endowed with reason, free will, and an eternal soul. The Founders understood that one of Government’s primary tasks is to preserve the freedom for each person to follow his own conscience, so they enshrined certain fundamental rights in our nation’s constitution to guarantee this freedom.

John MacArthur wrote: There was also a time (not so long ago) when Americans universally disapproved of homosexuality, adultery, and divorce; they believed sexual promiscuity is absolutely wrong; they regarded obscene language as inappropriate; they saw abortion as unthinkable; and they held public officials to high moral and ethical standards. Nowadays, most of the behavior society once deemed immoral is defended as an inalienable civil right.
How times and the culture have changed! The strong Christian influence and scriptural standards that shaped Western culture and American society through the end of the nineteenth century have given way to practical atheism and moral relativism....
.... A certain amount of healthy and balanced concern with current trends in government and the community is acceptable, as long as we realize that that interest is not vital to our spiritual growth, our righteous testimony, or the advancement of the kingdom of Christ. Above all, the believer’s political involvement should never displace the priority of preaching and teaching the gospel.

When asked if a Christian photographer should be allowed by law to decline to shoot a same-sex wedding, the students appeared torn.
“For them,” the ADL notes, “it seems that the freedom to live and work according to your beliefs really depends on what you believe.”
Incidentally, Wisconsin resident Amy Lawson, a blogger and owner of Amy Lynn Photography, is challenging a state law forcing her to take photographs for a same-sex marriage.
And the UnSupreme court overthrew all State laws agreeing with God's law against murder of babies and made "unlawful" God's criminal code against sodomy- of course this corrupt generation will support tyranny against Christians- few magistrates stand to defend the true law by refusing to support unlawful decrees.
Amy can’t comply with the law because creating photographs and blog posts promoting same-sex marriage and pro-abortion groups violates her artistic, religious, and political beliefs and directly contradicts her own message beatifying opposite-sex marriage and the sanctity of life. Amy also can’t comply with the law because she wants to explain her religious and political beliefs
Several students? Was at 5 , 10 , 100, or 10,000 out of a group of at least twenty thousand or more students? I would suggest a get somebody like Pew research to do their sampling if they want an accurate result.
