Easter and the Passover are the same? That's not what my calendar says- April 15th=The Passover. April 18/20=Good Friday/Easter Sunday.
Better yet that's not what my Bible says. An excellent article on the word easter in the KJV can be found here http://samgipp.com/answerbook/?page=02.htm

Liza J My husband and I listened to one last night . It was great. Cooley's boldness is refreshing to the spirit. I get so tired of cowards in the pulpit preaching water downed messages.

This is where I'm at. I defintiely see it everywhere but it's a little hard to accept-even harder to deny. It goes against what I've been taught. We all know that modern christianity doesnt equal biblical christianity so that's not surprising. I find the words of Elijah in 1 Samuel 3:18 comforting- "....And he said, It is the Lord: let him do what seemeth hin good." God is good, holy, just, and so much more. He'll always do what is right regardless if we understand or not. That is extremely comforting.

Your instant comeback for anything you don't agree with is "stupid," "insane," and so forth. Please refrain from attacking me with those words in the future. I would request that you buttress your arguments with Scripture, but you can't, because what you're saying is unbiblical to begin with."
Excellent reply to unnecessary name calling and unbiblical teaching!
What about the satanic symbol on her cup? Is she not bothered by it? Perhaps it's only a problem when it's in the coffee because it altars the taste........
This reminds me of an article I read by a doula. She had chosen to kill her baby via abortion and is at peace with it. She stated two things that shocked me (it shoulsnt have but it did) 1) She said even if an ultrasound was required to be shown to women before an abortion she wouldnt havd changed her mind. 2) There was no way anyone could convince her a fetus was a baby. This coming from a doula??????
2 Timothy 3:2,3 "For men shall be lovers of their ownselves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION......"
Nat, hello back to you. You stated the words " Over bearing protection". Again, your personal defintion will make you biased. For ex: to our lost family members we're "overbearing" in the way we raise our children. When really we just follow the Bible - we're imperfect so sometimes we get things wrong.
I agree with you on trusting God. We trust AND obey.
I'll just leave with the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 4:3 "For what saith the Scriptures?...."
