Every nation has the authority to eatablish, via penal and criminal code as well as civil, the morals of its nation. Those morals will be based on something. Either they are based on the word of God or on man's ideas of right & wrong. The Hungarians chose to go with the older and truer definition rather than the more contemporary and corrupt version. May the Lord bless that nation.

The goal is to stamp out faith in Christ by limiting it to the adult generations only. They started by teasing believers out in the open thru the Three Self Church organization. Now they are just hammering believers.

No one knows Jesus' actual birthday. The early church copt'd onto a pagan soltice celebration as they had the True Light which came into the World (John 1). The date doesn't matter. The tree in our living room symbolizes those along the banks of the River in the New Jerusalem (Rev 22). We give gifts because Christ gave gifts to us (Ephesians 4).

Jim does have a point in a sense, though. Some of us are the offspring of Godly forbearers who created and protected this republic and nation. There are many around us who have twisted that effort into their own image using Critical Theory and demanding that we "continue the American Revolution because there is income inequality, racial inequality, environmental inequality, and health care inequality." Have not these followed in the footsteps of the Unitarian Universalists?
