The brightest or most motivated ones tend to do all the substantial work, which reduces the effort required by the others, an indirect form of cheating. Collaboration is a great idea in the workplace, but not in education. Degrees are awarded to individuals, not groups, which implies that individuals are responsible for their performance.
Great Sermon! Pat Robertson said "“You don’t have to take on somebody else’s problems." Uh huh. So what happened to bearing one anothers burdens, or laying down our lives? These comments he made were absolutely wrong and sadly very indicative of 'popular' christianity today, kind of like the 'lets go on short term mission trips, or lets give money, but don't ask us to make any REAL sacrifices for the least of these.' His comments show a total disregard of what Jesus came to this world for and the redemption he offers, and the love He modelled. These comments were highly concerning, and Pat really needs to get off the TV. His comments are (not just on this issue), highly offensive and unbiblical.
Ears to hear 'Thomas Texas' if you can't hear for yourself the general undertone of some of the programs being AGAINST Christians taking a stand or speaking out about sin and the general promotion of worldly movies in some of the New is Focus broadcasts, then no amount of my explaining will give you the ears to hear. It just seems like the programs are leading people away from Christianity and not towards it, however subtle that may be. Are Christians perfect? No. But do we really need broadcasters on here working against other Christians taking a stand against the rampant sin in our culture etc. Maybe it seems like Christians are very foccused on a few particular sins at the moment. That is only because the unbelieving world is so foccused on them at this point in time and we are having an agenda forced on us. Maybe if the News in Focus program, despite claiming to be so open to all contact from listeners, published ALL the negative comments it receives on broadcasts, instead of being selective about the comments they let through, with a large bias on posting positive comments, then this concern may be brought into the light. These are my concerns and now I have expressed them I have no desire at all to get into a 'he said', 'she said' match over it. God bless.
Great Sermon! Since my comment on the other audio commentary regarding this topic (by another broadcaster) was not published, I would like to say that I totally agree with your commentary. I also sympathise with the comment below. Sermon audio needs to check this out as some of the news in focus programs on here are actually 'anti' Christian. Also there needs to be some level of Christian maturity before you espouse yourself capable of putting yourself out there as a public commentator on Christian issues. Its actually starting to really get to me (some.of the stuff being put out by the.other broadcaster).
Great Sermon! If Gods people would repent and return perhaps we could have revival again and the issue of sodomite marriage would be thwarted by our Lord.
This sermon greatly blessed my poor needy soul today by a Free Presbyterian who appears to have studied under Christ and then Ian Paisley. Please pass it on to all preachers for encouragement.

Good. If Gods people would repent and return perhaps we could have revival again.
This sermon greatly blessed my poor needy soul today along with another by a Free Presbyterian who appears to have studied under first Christ and then Ian Paisley. Please pass it on.

WOW WOW, so FRANK. This answered and helped me with every issue I have been struggling with lately. I could relate to every part of it. I recommend this to everyone! Just WOW. I downloaded this and will listen to again and again.
Great Sermon! This sermon was really great. So many times we often do the things that we think are Cristian-like yet we don't seek the presence of God. It really makes you wake up and begin to realize why we lack power in our lives! I recommend you listen!!
Great Sermon! Thank You Pastor Matt for this out pouring from God's word and your heart. This is not only a weakness in our church but many others. If we truely delight in Christ Jesus it should be evident in our lives. As I read my Bible today and that God's word (through His great providence) my prayer is Lord help me to use the talents you have given me to your Glory.
I am one who made a profession of faith 30 years ago. Said the sinners prayer with my pastor. lived for 25 years thinking and saying I was born again. Believing I was going to Heaven. It was not until God showed me my sinfulness ( for I did live a sinful life NOT CHANGED) Did I see my need for a Savior. It was not Until God Change my heart, my dead soul my mind was I truly Born Again.I did nothing to deserve or choose this change. I Knew then I was deceiving myself all those years. If I died then I was GOING TO Hell. God in his mercy saved me and showed me the lie of these false professions that are so prevalent in the Churches. The Get out of Hell quick card. No changed life. No brokeness of heart for sinning against my God and My Savoir. No desire to learn or seek his word. Sure I knew then there is a God. Natural Man does but chooses to turn for Him. It is God's mercy and Grace that He saves a people to Himself. Has nothing to do with me , my works, my profession of the past.
As I read the article I did not see any deep repentence for which God would have surely and deeply convicted him of to bring him to salvation. This would of been made publically known and Dahmer would agree to his punishment which is well deserved.(and More) This repentence unto salvation glorifies God.
