God bless you dear brother Dear brother Jonathan,
the Lord has recently brought your ministry into my life, and it is a real blessing to me, not least in a most practical challenging way.
I am listening to many of your sermons, and so i hope this encourages you a little, that your ministry is going further afield.
I pray for you daily, and may you and your family be blessed and encouraged in these dark and evil days.
Please pass on my regards to your congregation,i wont meet them this side of eternity, but i love them as brethren and sisters in Christ.
Yours in the name of our lovely Lord Jesus Christ, whose naame is above EVERY name !!
Norman

A request to any beloved brother or sister :-Would someone who lives in America be willing to buy and send me some of the gospel tracts produced by Ralph Ovadal ...Heaven or hell... and also ...The value of a soul..please. It would be classed as going the extra mile for a brother, i realise, but i could send a check by return to cover all costs,or pay you via paypal. sadly there doesnt seem any way of purchasing them direct from Pastor Ovadal to England. Many thanks to anyone who would be willing to do this for me. Thankyou. Re the thread..my pastor preaches in the open air,and i am blessed with being able to do so as well. What a privelage this is...but its actually heart breaking to see the lost on their way to a Christless eternity. |

John UK,MIke Michael, with a bit of fear and trepidation in gatecrashing unannounced in your debating... but i just wanted to share with you the witness, and mention all the dear souls (hundreds !) who saw the wayside pulpit today whilst i stood on Staines bridge.A lady from our church came to support the work giving out tracts whilst also my Pastor did likewise . It was such a joy and encouragement...people to speak to,a bit of verbal abuse, but not too many, and a couple of Christians to speak to as well, which is always an encouragement. Leave you in peace dear brethren from a greatly encouraged weak vessel whom the Lord has been pleased to use to sow the seed again, (or even water somebody elses sowing as the case may be.) He gives the increase,He has the glory, and another day gone towards when the night cometh and no man can work. BTW,God willing i shall be open air preaching next saturday as well as displaying the Word of God on my placard, to those poor, poor people without Christ and without hope. May God bless you all my dear friends in the Lord Jesus, and again, please accept my apologies for coming in on a baptism thread.( Is there no outreach thread anymore ?) Stormin' |

Hi John,Hi Michael, praise the Lord for the Spirits blessing in Pastor,Tony and myself preaching the gospel..it was wonderful just to be amongst the lost...i felt by grace up for it,and it went well as far as humanly speaking could tell. Oh i loved it..the gospel is like Goliaths sword,THERE IS NONE LIKE THAT !I already have impressed upon me the next time DV ..for there is a notice on a wall in Bracknell which reads *whats the plan ? *..my mind has gone to peoples plans in scripture (rich farmer whose soul will be required that very night),peoples plans for time today, but sadly not for eternity, and Gods plan of salvation to poor perishing sinners. Michael, you have my prayer support,i didnt know you go outdoor preaching may you have the Lords blessing upon you.. please, please, please let us know how you get on, my dear brother in Christ. Last word to John..i am still willing to go the extra mile(s) to be with you in a town centre with you and Charles (hi Charles ! )..but i wont say that anymore, for perhaps i am keeping on bro ? Remember how special Tiverton was ?Maybe thats the one and only time well meet down here..next time with our saviour in the air ?! hallelujah God bless you all Stormin' Jude 21 |

To John UK,and anyone interested, hi bro, off to Bracknell in a mo,and God willing will be preaching the gospel to those dear lost souls who will be passing by.I have two *sermons* in mind...the first one is based on my horrendous injuiries falling off the ladder..RUINED BY THE FALL..and the second one based on the war memorial in my home town Cirencester which has Christ on the cross carved into it, and inscribed underneath IS IT NOTHING TO YOU..a great way to start a gospel message ! I also will have the placard.. with various Bible texts, but the main ones being *Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners *on one side, and on the other side *i am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that beleiveth.* Prayer valued dear bro,and if any other has read this post..may the Lord bless you, and may we all have a real burden for the lost, more than ever before ! May the Lord be glorified..i am a poor, weak vessel at best !! He shall give me the strength i need..but i am thrilled and excited to be going witnessing in the town centre again. Sorry i am not contributing to the thread, but i just had to post this as i am so enthusiastic...but those poor, poor souls without Christ, and so without hope. |

Hello to MH,and others who would know me,with apologies for interuppting this forum. On Feb.10th i fell off a ladder window cleaning, sustaining a deep gash in my head,a shattered left ball joint,a broken upper left arm and a dislocated left shoulder. I was unconcious for about 13 minutes. Bless the Lord ,for it could have been worse,i thank Him for the skill and dedication of the medical people. I am convalescing from surgery,of which i have a replacement titanium ball joint which is pinned through the marrow of my left humerus down to the elbow. i also needed 2 blood transfussions. At a stroke i have lost 50 plus window cleaning customers(for i wont go up a ladder again.),but the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away!Blessed be the name of the Lord ! However, my 15 interior cleaning customers are keeping the jobs open for me..hallelujah ! I am self employed,so not earning, but people have been generous with financial gifts !I am truly humbled. On saturday ,God willing,i will be preaching in Bracknell town centre, also with my placard,as a witness in the gospel to the lost. Prayer valued. Thankyou dearly beloved, and again, apologies for interupting the comments. i love you all in Christ. |

This is a long shot ,as i dont anticipate any response...but is there anyone who reads these forums interested in meeting up for a morning/afternoon/day in a town centre witnessing and fellowship ?(placard, tracting, preaching ?)If you are hesitant to place on a public forum, then email me privately. In fact,i would suggest emailing privately would be best really. I would LOVE to have a time of fellowship and witnessing to the lost with another Christian who loves the Lord, and has a heart to preach/proclaim the gospel to perishing sinners. We could discuss venue and dates. I will treat you to lunch ! It would be really nice to know of a like minded saint somewhere ! Is there? May the Lord bless you all. |

To John UK.Hello dear bro, the p.c. has been away to be "de-virused" ! hence you have not heard from me for a while. Yes,i am a dying man,and so am out,(no matter how cold it is,) with the placard, gospel tracts and Bibles, with much love in my heart to those poor, poor, perishing sinners.. ..they are without God in the world, without Christ and so without hope. By the grace of God i take every opportunity to be out in the town centres, and also my Pastors support is a real blessing. Nice also to have a follow up for any interested souls. I pray that this may bring fruit for the glory of God. I will soon be in the grave...but that has no victory. ..waiting for you to give me a date or two ,to have the joy of fellowship in the bonds of the gospel one saturday ,DV ! Make it soon as you like John, i am so looking forward to evangelising again with you. (How about Tiverton on a saturday ? ) Be encouraged dear bro, fight the good fight..keep the faith..be a good soldier of Jesus Christ. Norm. p.s. (Glad that you are having sweet fellowship with Wayne, and i hope that there is mutual blessing between you both.) |

Hi John, welcome back to the hornets nest.I am absolutely delighted to see you back here !To those who dont know John UK,...well,i have met him personally ,and we had a lovely day in Tiverton a couple of years ago open air preaching, displaying the placard, handing out gospel tracts, and speaking to lost souls. John UK is one of the most gracious and humble Christians i have ever met...and he is a brilliant open air preacher !Praise the Lord ! Oh if that could happen again what a joy to my heart that would be.."please Lord,if it is thy will, may John and i be used by thyself to evangelise the lost on a day sometime." May the Lord have mercy on us all. |
