Maybe the Clintons have dirt on the FBI director or on Obama. Perhaps, someone close to the case, does not want to have an "accident" like drowning in the tub, a car accident, or having a barbell hit the head.
Another reason why this policy is deliberate--the Democrats need more street thugs. Hitler had his street thugs, the Brown Shirts who were predominately homosexual. Ernst Röhm would send out his Brown Shirts, Sturm Abteilung SA, to rough up Hitler's opponents. May be Obama is creating his own Brown Shirts to rough up anyone opposed to the Democrats.
Taking up arms is the last resort when all peaceable means are extinguished. If the government becomes tyrannical and wants to put my family and neighbors into a labor camps--most definitely I will bear arms against a tyrant.
Greetings Gay Allen, I cannot attest to how Luther used the local magistrates. However, the local magistrates were effective in protecting the colonials against the British Crown. As for the SPLC, any organization that protects the Constitution, is put on a watch list. The SPLC is a racket that makes money like the Al Sharptons.
Mike, you're absolutely right. The Federal Government has put the Constitution on the trash pile. Moreover, our state officials lack courage to stand up to the Feds and say NO! It is time for us to draw closer to God, the local magistrates, and to groups that are prepared to defend the Constitution.
I wish more states (governors and state legislatures) from the North and the West would oppose the Federal Government and tell these bureaucratic pinheads to take a hike.
