Anglicans/Episcopalians are not Christian.

"Liberalism on the one hand and the religion of the historic church on the other are not two varieties of the same religion, but two distinct religions proceeding from altogether separate roots." (J Gresham Machen)

Disease is from sin.
Ministry is of God, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit..

1Cor 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

The Internet is not as big as the Bible.

1John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."

1Thes 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light,"

Psalm 119:37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way."

Luke 12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known."

"" ... its mission is to “educate the public about the concerted efforts of anti-LGBT extremists.”"

Leviticus 18:
22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants."

Note:- "the land is defiled" -

Currently the land is defiled by coronavirus a pestilential disease.

God's wrath can appear in many ways to punish the reprobates in this fallen world.

God's wrath, warning and subsequent action on Egypt was....
Exodus 9:14 For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. 15 For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth. 16 And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth."

The Influenza virus is complaining that this new boy on the block is stealing its customers.

The Democrats are looking into this discrimination to see if they can use it in the election stats and blame the Republicans.

God did not promise immunity, to His servants, from the tough times.

But He does promise His help, 'during' these times.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

Prov 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

2Cor 1:3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. 5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ."

Matthew 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places."

Well we have got the pestilence and the earthquakes!!

Wars???

"In 2019, the world witnessed a drastic increase in violent disorder that assumed many forms: protests from Lebanon to Hong Kong and Iraq to Chile; geopolitical competition in Yemen and Syria; dominant insurgencies in Somalia and Afghanistan; a cartel-insurgency in Mexico; and a diffuse, adaptable militant threat across the Sahel. Two problems immediately stand out: the world is significantly more violent now than a decade ago, and today’s conflict forms are strongly localized — types of violence, agents, targets, and solutions are unique to their local context. This is partially because governments in the world’s most violent places are no longer in control of their territories, nor show any interest or ability to resume control through direct or indirect authority. Governments are also much more likely to use violence against their citizens without international reproach. The rise of authoritarianism — and impunity "

"According to an estimate by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there were approximately 45 million cases of the flu in the United States during the 2017-2018 influenza season, resulting in an estimated 810,000 flu-associated hospitalizations and an estimated 61,000 flu-associated deaths. 26 Feb 2020" (CDC Estimate)

Question: The Medical world is capable of telling the difference between the two virus's - Aren't they?

Oh and telling the difference between stats??
And differentiating between the two?

Not all countries have shut down.

Quote::-
"What measures has Sweden taken?
Unlike in most European countries, Sweden has not closed shops, restaurants or cafes.

Primary schools are still open, although high schools and universities are moving to online teaching.

There is no limit on leaving the home or going outside, with Swedes merely advised to keep their distance. They have also been told to self-isolate at any sign of coronavirus.

Among the stricter measures are bans on gatherings of more than 50 people and on visits to nursing homes.

People over the age of 70 and in high- risk groups have been advised to avoid contact with other people." (dailymail.co.uk/news)

It will be interesting later in the year to find out who was right about this.

Epidemics and Pandemics have plagued the planet for thousands of years.
The 20th century saw three pandemics.
The 21st century so far has experienced three pandemics.
Every year nations experience thousands of deaths by flu!!

So I really don't think the politicians are the source of pandemics.
(Except Liberalism)

If this guy wants to "blame" anybody then perhaps he should be looking at the scientists and their preparations for them?

But each year we get different strains of virus so preparation itself is limited to knowing the current virus and attacking it with the correct chemistry, - Which takes time, - Hence the delay and society preps.

As for prayers....
Jer 11:14 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble."
= Why should God bless the present generation when they are not listening to HIS doctrines? Nor obeying HIS Word.

North Korea has a despotic dictatorship regime running their lives in their country.

From their perspective the enemy is the rest of the world since they are perfect!!

The point they are making that they don't have coronavirus, is to demonstrate how their perfect leader and his government can prevent even diseases from entering their society. Absolutely no blemishes or sins in their country.

If one of their people turned up at a surgery claiming to have coronavirus he would probably be shot for being a traitor to the cause.

Nobody wants to live in N.Korea, or live under such a despotic regime, so very few would go their. Perhaps that is keeping them corona-free?

Quote from article:-
""Experts have said the North is particularly vulnerable to the virus because of its weak medical system, and defectors have accused Pyongyang of covering up an outbreak.""

When they admit the truth lets hope someone can help them.

May the Lord be with their Christians.

"Serious" Again???

"By the summer of 1919, the flu pandemic came to an end, as those that were infected either died or developed immunity.

Almost 90 years later, in 2008, researchers announced they’d discovered what made the 1918 flu so deadly: A group of three genes enabled the virus to weaken a victim’s bronchial tubes and lungs and clear the way for bacterial pneumonia.

Since 1918, there have been several other influenza pandemics, although none as deadly. A flu pandemic from 1957 to 1958 killed around 2 million people worldwide, including some 70,000 people in the United States, and a pandemic from 1968 to 1969 killed approximately 1 million people, including some 34,000 Americans.

More than 12,000 Americans perished during the H1N1 (or “swine flu”) pandemic that occurred from 2009 to 2010. The novel coronavirus pandemic of 2020 is spreading around the world as countries race to find a cure for COVID 19 and citizens shelter in place in an attempt to avoid spreading the disease

Each of these modern day pandemics brings renewed interest in and attention to the Spanish Flu, or “forgotten pandemic,” so-named because its spread was overshadowed by the deadliness of WWI and covered up"

The tiny virus can destabilize the economy and well being of all the nations of the world.

They definitely need God to protect them from nature.

Will they get the message?

The mind of the communist is diametrically opposed to the Christian and Bible doctrine.

Thus does it demonstrate where it comes from - communism is Satan's politics.

The Chinese bureaucrats show their fear of Christianity and the Bible in their actions and ideologies.

It seems to be an abject fear of Christianity taking over their people and the nation. Which in turn illustrates the communist insecurity, indeed dread, of the Word of God.

Therefore remember this when listening to Bernie and his Democrat buddies.

"" It said its suggestions were simply aimed at "maintaining positive relationships among family members during the period they are working from home.""

It is interesting to look behind the "suggestions" and see how the woman is perceived in their culture!!

At least by government bureaucrats anyway!!

I can just imagine the reaction of my wife if I told her to make sure she wore her make-up when I'm at home.🤣

“Happiness does not depend on outward circumstances, but on the state of the heart.”
― J.C. Ryle, A Call to Prayer

“Praying and sinning will never live together in the same heart. Prayer will consume sin, or sin will choke prayer.”
― J.C. Ryle,

“Faith is to the soul what life is to the body. Prayer is to faith what breath is to life. How a man can live and not breathe is past my comprehension, and how a man can believe and not pray is past my comprehension too.”
― Ryle J.C.

"No man can progress in grace if he forsakes prayer." C H Spurgeon.

"He who knows how to overcome with God in prayer has heaven and earth at his disposal."
CHS

"Prayer itself is an art which only the Holy Ghost can teach us. He is the giver of all prayer. Pray for prayer- pray till you can pray." CHS

"A Mighty piece of weaponry in the battle of prayer is God’s promise." CHS

"Groanings which cannot be uttered are often prayers which cannot be refused.
True prayer is the trading of the heart with God." CHS

"Sometimes when we do not receive comfort in our prayers, when we are broken and cast down, that is when we are really wrestling and prevailing in prayer." CHS
