Land's concern is not the Presidency but which President gets to pick the next Supreme Justices and Federal Judges. Land argues that religious freedoms will eroded away by Clinton appointees and nominees on the federal justice level. Whereas Trump's appointees are more likely to preserve religious freedoms.
