Allie wrote: "I as a woman can work...can supervise at work"

1 Timothy 5:14 "I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully."
Titus 2:5 "to be discreet, chaste, KEEPERS AT HOME, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed."
Gods role for a woman is at home not outside it in the workforce. Biblically raising and educating the children for the Lord is a full time job. Preparing healthy homecooked meals for ones family is a full time job. Keeping the house is a full time job. That is the role that God designed for a woman. Adam was to be the finicial provider not Eve. Feminism says what you say, you just label it "christian" but the mindset is the same. What you also fail to admit is all the problems that have arose once women started leaving their God given castle. Daycares, nursing homes, public school indoctrination, amounts of disease because mama ain't home to cook a wholesome meal, divorce (do you know how many men and women commit adultery with a person in their workplace?! This increases temptation that should not be there), just to name a few. More coming....

On the contrary, I'm not willing to sacrifice my husband for some satanic government. He's far to important to us and needed here at home. Agreeing with Mike, "let those who want aimless wars on tactics and undefined enemies go fight it themselves."

Lurker, will be praying for her and the family. Miscarriages her hard. Job 1:21 helped me through those hard days.

Jobs 1:21 "And said, naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord."

Allie and Frank

Frank wrote: if there was one woman that slept with even one boy, she was called a whore. Try doing that today."
Ah yes I've made some christians pretty mad or at least put them on the defense by calling a spade a spade. In fact, I recall seeing a young girl dressed inappropriately on the street corner holding up a sign advertising a car wash and when I called her a prositutue, that's what she was, selling her body in order to get a donation, I was met with opposition.
Now In sure some willnrrad this and accuse me of being unloving and not caring about the lost. On the contrary, I do care and it's sad how calling sin what it is is misunderstood as being unloving.

True fella, how should a bride go about changing her last name on her drivers license? A marriage license is needed for that.

Yes I've noiced that Christopher. In fact, the church thing you mentioned, along with other stuff, is why we left one church we were attending.

Another thing that seems all to common is double mindness. A men will act and preach things one way but as soon as relative or friend is around that isn't saved, the mens attitude changes. All of a sudden then men is not so "weird and different" but is "one of the guys." Lukewarmness! Yuck! And then who is left to be the "weird and different" one, the "bad guy"....why it's the wife. I know this isn't always the case but it has been what I've witnessed. Sometimes I really want to tell the guys to man up and grow a backbone but that's far from a meek and gentle spirit.....

My experience has been that men don't care and won't lead so the wife is left to carry his spiritual responsibilty. Makes for a lot of frustration.

Listen to the silence wrote: "
Fact: Abortion has two victims - the baby and the mother. Many women who have abortions suffer both physically and mentally. Depression, anxiety, grief, infection, sterility and even death are not uncommon as a result of the abortion."

I do not see the mothers as victims nor do I pity them for suffering the consquences of their ungodly actions. Sounds like a form of justice. hopefully the women repent and get saved. There's forgiveness at the cross.

All the comments have been great. My husband and I have three children we lost early on, four girls, and are pregnant with our first boy! Funny and sad thing is that I was mistaken as a catholic today and when I said I wasn't one they said I must be mormon. Once I said I wasn't a mormon either they were dumbfounded. Sadly most christians share their view of children with the world, not the Lord.

If it walks like a duck, really? Raw milk is bad and unsafe? Yes I'm sure the land flowing with milk and honey was flowing with pasteurized milk. And um a cow standing in a field in it's own feces.....that, my friend, is commercial farming. That article needed a little more discernment. before posting as truth. You have quacks and greedy folks on both sides of the coin.
